Fantastic stay! It was a perfect location for enjoying nature and hiking at Yosemite. There is a short trail to a waterfall literally steps from the house. We rented the entire lodge and it was worth it!

Sugarpine fit in well with our 11 members of of family. Some furniture on the outside were broken and the firepit did not work. Yet their response was quick as to repairs. Older home so have to expect some wear and tear yet felt price did not meet expectations.

The Sugarpine Trailhead Lodge was one of the best properties we've stayed at in the Yosemite area. It was the perfect space for the two sides of my family that stayed at the lodge, connected, but also private. We were able to prepare all our meals with all the available kitchen supplies and grill. Our family was thrilled that there was a trailhead on the property and enjoyed hiking to Red Rock Falls and beyond a couple of times. The drive to the valley was a little over an hour, so we spent the majority of the time exploring the Sugar Pine and Wawona area. Each of the rooms were comfy and spacious, and the living area had enough space to enjoy family time. The host and property management were very responsive the entire time, from inquiry to check out. Every person in our family commented on how the lodge was a great find and that they thoroughly enjoyed their stay! 100% would stay again and highly recommend!
