August 2023 4.00Everything was as described and the hot tub was very nice! We were missing some glasses but got everything we asked for very quickly. There were quite a lot of check out instructions. Overall it was a nice stay we can recommend for a big group!

April 2023 3.00This is a great house, great location, but severely poor communication with the hosts and housekeepers. We paid $175 for the cleaning fee. We followed all instructions when it came to loading the dish washer, taking the sheets off the bed, leaving the hot tub at 84, collecting all trash in bags and dropping it in dumpster, sweeping(without a dustpan since they didn’t leave us one) and they still have the nerve to charge me $200 for excessive cleaning! Only thing we left for them to clean with just a couple wipes is the stove top and refrigerator. They had to load the dishwasher maybe once more after the loaded one we left. We had 11 people and cooked so you can imagine all those dishes don’t fit in the dishwasher. They kept tryna charge me for a broken screen door that they confirmed was broken from previous guests. Mattress was stained already and they tried to charge me. They didn’t leave enough toilet paper, paper towels, and bath towels. We ran out. No laundry detergent. Horrible.
